Artist Release Form

I, the undersigned, have given explicit permission for my CD or recorded project (listed below) to be used on the Sheep Laughs Comedy Show. I understand that the program may distributed in different ways, including, but not limited to, podcasting on the web, and broadcasting on radio.

I release my material for use on the program, at no charge, and with the understanding that it may be edited for time and pacing. It may be altered by the addition of musical bumpers and audience reactions to enhance the flow of the program.

I understand that I, the artist, retain all copyright and ownership of my material, and agree to allow it to be used on the Sheep Laughs Comedy Show with no restrictions or expectation of financial compensation, now or in the future. My sole compensation will be in the form of the promotional value of being included in the podcast/broadcast only.

I maintain that I have the rights to agree to these conditions, and no other party or company owns the rights to the material or recordings.

This agreement will last as long as the program is produced and made available to the public. This agreement is Non-Exclusive, meaning that I, the artist, retain all rights to my songs and can issue a similar license to anyone I wish.
